How much time does it take for my Jewellery to be made and delivered?

We try to unite you with your new possession as early as possible. Each order is custom manufactured for you after you place an order. Normally, it takes about 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed for the product to be delivered to your doorstep. If you have a customized order, this time could vary. How is my Jewellery shipped? Is it free?

We have tied up with multiple reputed logistics partners like Aramex and Malca Amit to deliver the Jewellery at your doorstep. Shipping and Delivery is absolutely free for all orders.

Your Jewellery is packed in an attractive, tamperproof jewellery box and delivered in a weatherproof package.

What is the difference between Shipping and Delivery?

Shipping is the process of Manufacturing, Packing and Dispatching of your Jewellery from our manufacturing unit. Delivery is the time taken for your Jewellery to reach you once it has been dispatched on our end.

How can i track my order status?

Are there any extra charges like VAT or Octroi to be paid at the time of delivery?

Absolutely not. The price that you see on our website is the final price you have to pay. This price includes all applicable Taxes. You will be provided with a Tax invoice along with your order. Any other charges will be borne by Kama Jewellery.

Can the delivery address be changed once the order has been placed?

That shouldn’t be a problem if your order hasn’t been shipped. Call us on 1800-102-9585 or email us on support@kamajewellery.com from your registered email id for any changes in your order.

What about security of my jewellery during transit?

We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep. This means your shipment is risk-free in transit. It is important that the authorized person accepts the package and only receives it if it is sealed and not tampered with. If you receive a tampered package please call us on 1800-102-9585 at the time of delivery.

Is it possible to receive shipment on holidays?
