Should you decide to return, we’ll be happy to help you with the process. Call us on 1800-102-9585 to make a Return request. Make sure you maintain the product with the original security tag, label and certificate in it’s original condition (not used, damaged or altered). Nominal shipping and handling charges will apply which will be deducted from the final refund amount. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the charges in advance. Please note that we will not be able to take back any products with custom design or engraving.
Any jewellery ordered with a diamond grading certificate or appraisal must accompany the returned item. A nominal fee will be charged in case duplicate certificates need to be printed.
Once your returned jewellery has been received and inspected by us, you will receive a call from our Jewellery manager confirming the return. You now have 2 options to choose from –
Yes, We will resize it for you. If you find the ring you purchased doesn’t fit you, call us on 1800-102-9585 or send a request for resizing to support@kamajewellery.com. We will arrange for a pick up within 7 working days from the day the request is made and the ring will be delivered within the next 7 working days.
